Rehab Care approached me to be involved in this project. The project, an online youth portal and place for people to find out about mental health. The aim of the site was to get information and help to those who find it hard to ask for help. The demographic is young people but anyone can get information here. Mental health is a taboo subject in this country unfortunately so hopefully this site will make a difference.

The site has many areas: an articles section where people tell of their own experiences on mental health; a reviews section reviewing all the latest movies, books and albums; a games section; a section to find a professional near you; a complete free extensive CBT course; factsheets explaining many mental health issues; and a forum for people to just talk and hangout.
